...was a treat! My dad likes to cook breakfast and is a very good cook! So, the first morning we were there, he had plates of this for us:
Lluevos Rancheros
It was SOOO delicious! The red chili was from New Mexico (for those that can appreciate it!).
Look at this chef at work with those steaming plates...
And the boys patiently waiting....
I am already missing it. Thanks, Dad, we'll be back for more!

The breakfast looks wonderful also!
So... I should have a talk with my Dad about making us breakfast... hummm. The plates all lined up like that remind me of my daily feeding of my family!! LOL
