Nolan Says . . .

Setting:  Outside, in the above picture.


Nolan:  Mom, do you know why I am doing this?


Me:  Why?  You want to play croquet?


Nolan:  Nope, I am pounding this in to help the worms and help the rain get in the ground.

Setting:  My sister was over with her dog, Bentley.  We were outside, enjoying the nice weather and chatting.  Across the park, we see a lady with her dog.


Nolan:  Look!!  There is another dog.  It looks like Bentley ... except it has white fluff.  (fur...haha!)

Setting:  After church service, one of the guys from church brought his dog in and had the dog dressed in a red/white/blue little outfit and an Uncle Sam hat.  When we got home from church . . .


Nolan:  Mom, did you see that dog that came into church?


Me:  Yeah!


Nolan:  Yeah, that dog was dressed up like a popcorn seller dog.
