Frank is determined to see a *live* tornado someday. So, every time there is a warning around here, he gets very excited. A few weeks ago, the sirens sounded and he runs outside and stands there like this:
Headphones on (to hear radio) and two umbrellas since it was raining (not really sure why one wasn't enough?!?).
He was very bummed as the tornado and *bad* weather stayed mostly south of us. *sigh* Maybe another time.
In the meantime . . . is it really safe to stand in a storm (yes, thunder, lightening, tornados) with an umbrella? Might as well get out the kite!
*It will be interesting to see if he ever sees this post ;) !

Okay, we ran out just after it passed over us, but you won't catch us outside DURING it...crazy guy!!!
I'm glad you got a picture of him..what a great memory. He's crazy... :)
